Rainy Mondays

It was pouring when I woke up and I had to force myself to get up and get ready for work. It rained most of the morning with a few really heavy storms coming through. It cleared up before lunch and was a beautiful afternoon. 

A trip to the grocery store after work then home. Nothing too exciting going on so just a few Chic pics to post today.

You would think they were starving to death by the way they act but no, they always act like this! Notice the one standing in the middle of the feeder. 

This chick's head is turning blacker and blacker. I love the way the Americaunas are always changing colors. Fairly quickly too!

Another starving picture. Walking on each other to eat! We really need to get more feeders or something. Good thing it doesn't seem to hurt them.

Notice the re-purposed scoop he is using! A jug that juice came in. He cut off the bottom and VOILA! A great scoop that can be replaced easily if it gets lost or breaks.
