Exploring Wiggins

Who knew that there were 5 or 6 Farm supply stores in Wiggins?! We rode around and discovered/explored several of them today. We went on a bit of a shopping spree and bought several things we had been needing/wishing for.

A Wheelbarrow! We have been needing one so badly.

I picked out some more vegetable plants. Cucumbers, green beans, watermelon, more tomatoes and some seeds. Speckled Lima beans and pink eyed purple hull peas.

We bought two Bougainvillias. One pink and one white. They are large and beautiful! Need to get pictures of them soon.

We got more chick food and a small barrel to store it in. The chicks are drinking and eating more today. I can see a difference in their size and feathers. They are extremely skittish and you have to corner them and grab them if you want to hold one to look at. They like to run and hide in the corner that we cannot reach when we try to get them.

On the way out Pup saw a snake on the side of the road and had to stop. He wasn't a very friendly character. At all.
